The Commercial State Bank's Arch Club Account is a way of offering EXTRA benefits to special customers. To qualify, you must be at least 50 years of age and maintain a special club checking account. A single qualifying membership covers both husband and wife. Anyone, age 50 or over, may become a member with less than the minimum balance of $2500.00 by paying the monthly service fee of $10.00.
